N1SOCIAL SALES AGREEMENT
This agreement has been prepared based on the obligation to make a contract for sales made over the internet (See: "Regulation on the Application Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts" published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 / numbered 29188) and is as follows.

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

Hereinafter referred to as SELLER.

BUYER
Persons who make purchases on n1social.com based on their membership information.
Hereinafter referred to as BUYER.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

2.1. The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product with the characteristics and sales price specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the n1social.com website belonging to the SELLER.

2.2. The BUYER accepts and declares that he/she is informed about the basic characteristics of the products or services subject to sale, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and all preliminary information and the right of "withdrawal" regarding the products or services subject to sale, that he/she confirmed this preliminary information electronically and then ordered the products or services. The preliminary information and invoice on the payment page of the n1social.com website are integral parts of this contract.

ARTICLE 3 – HISTORY OF THE CONTRACT

This contract is concluded by the parties on the date the BUYER's order is completed on n1social.com.

ARTICLE 4 – PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

Details of the products and services ordered by the BUYER, advance sales amounts including taxes, and quantity information are sent to the customer via e-mail after the order. All of the products mentioned are hereinafter referred to as PRODUCTS.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

  1. The PRODUCT will be delivered to the e-mail address or social media address specified by the BUYER on n1social.com within the period specified during the sale. In cases of necessity, this period may be shortened or extended.
  2. If the PRODUCT is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to whom the product will be delivered does not accept the delivery.
